A combination of on going diet and training coaching. This is the best way to be sure your diet and training are working together to get you to your goals!
I’ll put together a diet and training program to get you started, then we will work closely for however long it takes to get you where you want to be. The diet will include calories and macro totals as well as a specific list of meals for you to eat every day.You’ll be able to email or text me anytime and I’ll be there to support you on your journey. You’ll check in weekly, at minimum, to update me on your progress and allow me to make any necessary adjustments. I’ll answer any questions you have and make unlimited changes to your diet and training.
